Returns Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days.

Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.


To be eligible for a return

  • Your item must be returned within 30 days
  • Your item must be unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact).
  • You must have proof of purchase such as reciept or delivery note.

Please note: There are several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Printed/ Personalised Shirts
  • Underwear

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD or Software that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


How to complete Refunds (if applicable)

  • In person at the Clubshop
  • By post. Please label, package and return unwanted items to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted back to your account, so we ask that you please allow 7 days before reporting to us.

If you have contacted both your bank or credit card provider and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Sale Items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless items are faulty.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and will require proof of purchase in line with requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to complete any such requests.

If you need to exchange for the same item but a different size, please send us an email at and send your item to: St James Park, Stadium Way, Exeter EX4 6PX.

If you receive the wrong item, or wrong size, please send an email detailing the order number along with a photo of the item you recieved to within 24hrs of receiving.

Please return the item immediately, once it has been received, we will dispatch the correct item and refund any postage costs incurred as a result; postal receipts will need to be provided. 

If the replacement is time sensitive e.g. For a birthday, we will ask to charge your card for the second item only, we will cover the cost of dispatching on a next day service.  A refund will be immediately issued for the first (incorrect) item along with any incurred postal charges as soon as the item has been recieved.



Shipping costs are non-refundable. This cost will be deducted from any refunds.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning items that, were not issued/ sent to you in error or that are not faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
